Thank you for shopping at Noirista. These terms constitute our Shipping Policy.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Every tee is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Most orders are printed and shipped within 5–7 business days, then travel 3–5 business days by USPS within the continental United States, so plan on roughly 8–12 business days from order to door. International orders take longer depending on destination.

We cannot be responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on US orders of $35 or more, which means every tee ships free. Smaller US orders ship from $5.65. International shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

We do not offer expedited service; every item is made on demand and ships directly from our print partner.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

All 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and most international destinations.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Noirista is not responsible for customs fees or import taxes applied to international orders. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email concierge@noirista.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll send a free replacement. If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us and we'll replace or refund the order. See our Refund Policy for details.
