How do I choose the right size?
Each apparel product includes a size guide on the product page. We recommend reviewing it carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Why do you use on-demand production?
We believe in making products responsibly. Instead of mass-producing items that may never get used, we create each product only when you place an order. This approach helps:

- Lower waste – we only use the materials needed for your specific order.

Ordering
Do you accept international payments?
Yes. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available through Shopify, no matter where you’re shopping from.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each item is custom-made, we can only make changes or cancel your order if it has not yet entered production. Please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order for the best chance of making adjustments.
How do I access my account and order history?

- Log in using the email and password you used when checking out.
- Once logged in, you’ll be able to:

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide!
No matter where you are, you can get your favorite designs delivered to your door.
How long will my order take to arrive?
U.S. orders: Typically arrive within 5–9 business days after processing.
International orders: Delivery times vary by destination, usually 10–20 business days.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs, local postal delays, or peak holiday seasons.
How can I track my order delivery?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Noirista.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns & Refunds Policy
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Because each item is custom made through Printful, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind).
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?
We’ll make it right! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost once you provide the updated address.
What if my package gets lost in transit?
If your package doesn’t arrive, reach out to us at concierge@noirista.com.
After confirming with Printful and the shipping provider, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
How do I report a problem with my order?

Include your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will help you right away.
