Refund policy

Every Noirista tee is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or ordering the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? That's on us. Email concierge@noirista.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement. No need to ship anything back. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund the item in full to your original payment method.

Lost in transit? If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us and we'll replace or refund the order.

Refunds, when issued, appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the error was ours.
